Effective documentation serves both as the content and channel for decisions, ideas, tasks, solutions, and plans. Basically, poor documentation leads to disastrous and expensive events. Customers who encounter poorly written materials form an undesirable impression of how a company runs its business.  A Good document is user friendly, has better accessibility, is easy to comprehend, contains good grammar, and flows in an sequence. Recently I was rummaging through my shelves and found an old notebook of mine.This book had a few poems I've written when I was in my college.  When I was reading these poems, I started thinking why not put them on my blog...So, here is the first one... The musical song of the first bird woke me up from my dreams... The early sunshine filled my room with glow... The splendor of the nature laid a blissful heaven... The sweet and gentle smile of the children made me joyful... The sensitive touch of breeze adored my body... The sweet fragrance of beautiful flowers filled my soul... Nature's beauty filled my soul and my heart with ever loving bliss!!! Here is the second one... ఓ  నా ప్రియతమా .......  నన్ను విడిచిపోకుమా  నా శ్వాస లో  నిండుమా  నీ ప్రేమ తో నా గుండె నింపుమా  నీ కలలతో నా కళ్ళలో ఉండుమా  నీ పలుకులతో నాకు అండగా నిలువుమా  నీ పాటలతో నా మనసును శృతి చేయుమా  నీ తలపులతో నా హృదయమును వికసింపజేయుమా  నీ...

Nothing in life happens as anticipated. This is the best and worst aspect of life. Best because we are constantly surprised. Worst because the uncertainty of what will happen. Life is full of surprises, disappointments, ups, downs, happiness, sadness, and so much more. Despite of all these factors, life is to enjoy, anticipate, and savor.

I've  watched a beautiful movie today, Awakenings.  Robin Williams played the role of a doctor and Robert De Niro is a patient. The movie is about a new drug effect on patients who are suffering from the Parkinson disease.  One thing that captivated me so much is Robert De Niro’s smile when he wakes up from his catatonic state  after 30 years . It brought tears to my eyes. It also made me wonder in awe about the Doctor’s feelings when his efforts brought that smile on his patient’s face.  During the short span of time the patients are "awakened", they do every small thing with such a delight that most of us take for granted. Throughout the film, you realize that life is given to us and taken back later. We have this short span of time when we could make our dreams come true and do things that make a difference.  Life is important and it is not something that can be thrown out carelessly. Life is beautiful! Enjoy it!!! Respect it!!!

Hey guys, I just felt like writing something and here it is: Oh god! How can sport players handle all the punishing exercises, workouts, and diets? How can students struggle and work hard to achieve good ranks and scores? Where do women and mothers get this much patience from, to do all the household chores and take care of the family, and work as well? How can these people do these tasks when they realize there is always pain involved?  How do they embrace the pain and still continue to do these tasks? I will tell you how… All their hard work, struggle, and patience comes from a single word “WOW.” Yes, a praise or wow from the coaches, audience, teachers, parents, children, and managers makes all of us take one step further than what we really can. People,  Take that one single step to wow the individuals who deserve it.  Take a minute from your busy schedule to congratulate or praise the deserved!!! Wow!!!
